Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. We roast to order in Orlando, Florida, so your coffee ships within days of roasting — not weeks. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Free shipping when you buy 2 coffees — applied automatically at checkout. For all other orders, shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Florida orders typically arrive in 1–2 business days; the rest of the US in 3–5 business days.

Shipment confirmation & order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, duties and taxes

DAX Coffee is not responsible for customs fees or import taxes applied to international orders. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us and we'll make it right — we'll replace the damaged items or refund you. Please keep the packaging and send us a photo of the damage to speed things up.

International shipping policy

For international orders, you will be presented with shipping options at checkout. Select the shipping method that best meets your needs. Shipping fees are calculated based on shipping method, order contents, weight, and destination, so charges can only be provided once you begin checkout. Free shipping offers apply to US orders only.
