Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $35 — automatically applied at checkout, no code needed.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship within the United States via USPS and UPS. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (where available)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations across 8 shipping zones. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing

Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates.

Print-on-Demand Products (Printful)

Some of our products — including apparel and select accessories — are fulfilled by Printful and ship directly from their production facilities. These items may ship separately from other products in your order and may have different processing and delivery times. Printful orders typically ship within 2–7 business days after production.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package directly with the carrier.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at sales@daxcafe.com and we'll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

Shipping Restrictions

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes for certain carriers or oversized items. If there is an issue with your shipping address, we will contact you.
