This is not a coffee for the timid.
In Italy, corsa is what happens when passion meets precision — when something is made not just to function, but to feel alive in your hands. We brought that same intensity to the roaster.
A medium-dark blend of premium Arabica and Robusta, crafted to deliver full body, low acidity, and deep notes of caramel and dark chocolate. Smooth enough for a long pour. Bold enough to stand on its own. The kind of cup that doesn't ask permission.
Pull a shot before the ride. Before the trail. Before anything that matters. This is the one that starts it all.
Works beautifully in an espresso machine, Moka pot, or AeroPress. However you brew it, the result is the same: a bold, full-bodied shot that commands the room.
Roasted fresh in small batches at our partner roastery in Orlando, Florida. Every bag ships within days of roast — not weeks. That's the difference you taste.
